NATIONAL FLAG DAY DINNER

On Saturday, February 15th, 2025, the Knights of Columbus Assembly 2230 will be
hosting the fifth Annual National Flag Day Dinner in support of the Soldier On Program at
the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 632. The Knights of Columbus (4th Degree) Patriotic
Branch will honour our soldiers and veterans at this event. To date, this event has raised
$25,000.00 for Soldier On with all funds raised this year being donated once again to
Soldier On.
Our small intimate dinner has grown to include current and retired men and women of
the Canadian Armed Forces, Cadets from the Royal Military College and veterans from
the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre, with the dinner being served by the
Ottawa Uplands Military Wives Choir.
Soldier On inspires recovery and rehabilitation for former and serving military members
and veterans to adapt and overcome permanent physical or mental health issues
through the transformative power of sport and physical activity.
Corporate Sponsorship for this event enables the Knights of Columbus to donate
tables to local Legions and Veteran’s Groups, enabling deserving veterans and service
members to attend this event free of charge. If you would like to learn more about this
